KUALA LUMPUR, June 9 — Investment, Trade, and Industry Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz has clarified that he never considered contesting in any by-election, either at the Parliament or state level, following his exit from Umno and his announcement of intent to join Parti Keadilan Rakyat on May 30.
