KUALA LUMPUR, June 20 — The Federation of Malaysian Consumers Associations (Fomca) has expressed full support for implementing the new electricity tariff structure under Regulatory Period 4 (RP4), describing it as timely, progressive, and beneficial for Malaysian households.
