BINTULU, Nov 1 — The Universiti Putra Malaysia Bintulu Campus (UPMKB) is capable of producing graduates in the agricultural sector through the curriculum and support of the existing learning and teaching system, said the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj.
