KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 2 — Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) has elaborated on the new and enhanced financing facilities for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), namely the Targeted Relief and Recovery Facility (TRRF) and the Micro Enterprises Facility (MEF), as announced in Budget 2021.
