PAEIS, Oct 26 — Stellantis NV on Thursday announced a €1.5 billion (RM7.6 billion) deal to acquire a 20 per cent  stake in China's Leapmotor Technology in a move that gives the European automaker a vital foothold in the world's largest auto market.

ROME, Sept 30 — Italian-American carmaker Fiat Chrysler and France's Peugeot on Tuesday announced the makeup of the board of directors for Stellantis, the company to be launched next year when the two companies complete their much-anticipated merger, reported Xinhua news agency.
