KUALA LUMPUR, July 12 — The Penal Code (Amendment) Act 2025 and the Criminal Procedure Code (Amendment) Act 2025 passed by Parliament last year, both aimed at addressing physical and cyber bullying, came into force yesterday.

KUALA LUMPUR, April 6 — Any individual who uses a fake account to commit stalking may be subject to action if the identity can be traced through the system of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).

KUALA LUMPUR, March 29 — Individuals found guilty of stalking, regardless of whether they are men or women, can now be jailed for up to three years or fined, or both.
