KUALA LUMPUR, April 25 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has reiterated that the government’s move to introduce an Urban Renewal (PSB) Act is rooted in the need to provide better living conditions for Malaysians long trapped in dilapidated housing.
