IPOH, March 11 — A new hybrid orchid was today named ‘Aranda PMX-Anwar’ after Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

SINGAPORE, Oct 26 — Singapore has named a species of hybrid orchid as ‘Dendrobium Queen Azizah of Malaysia’ in honour of the Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah.

KOTA BHARU, June 4 — The floriculture industry, especially orchids which is one of the high-value products that has a concentrated market demand, recorded an export value of RM417.3 million in 2021 compared to RM403.0 million in the previous year, said Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry I Datuk Seri Ahmad Hamzah.
