Anwar proposes comprehensive Asean-GCC agreement

RIYADH, Oct 20 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim proposed an Asean-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) to maximise the economic potentials of both regions.
