Malaysia, Singapore to expand financing scope of business development fund

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 30 — Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz has signed a “side letter” to improve the provisions of the Malaysia-Singapore Business Development Fund (MSBDF) agreement for third countries.
