KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 7 — Transport Minister Anthony Loke said the new key performance indicator (KPI) system, Mean Kilometres Between Failure (MKBF) was implemented as a measure to monitor and maintain rail and bus services to prevent technical breakdowns.

KUALA LUMPUR, May 15 — The government will implement a paradigm shift in terms of the method of maintaining rail transport under the supervision of Prasarana Malaysia Berhad by focusing more on breakdown prevention measures, said Transport Minister Anthony Loke.
