DUBAI, March 3 — Telegram has expressed its willingness to work with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM) to streamline the regulatory aspects of the platform, especially in combating scams and online gambling activities, said Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil.
