PUTRAJAYA, May 25 — Laos and Malaysia have established a partnership to boost cross-border trade via rail and sea with the exchange of a memorandum of cooperation (MOC) between Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB) and Thanaleng Dry Port (TDP) here today.
