KUALA LUMPUR, March 25 — A total of 509 cases of baby dumping were reported between 2018 and February this year, with investigation papers opened by the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), said Women, Family, and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri.
