PUTRAJAYA, Sept 4 — Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Dr Mohd Na'im Mokhtar advised those involved in the Pulai parliamentary by-election to refrain from engaging in campaigns that manipulate religious and racial sentiments.
