New flood relief centre opens in Kedah as evacuees rise to 917

ALOR SETAR, Sept 29 — Another flood relief centre has opened in Kedah, as the number of flood evacuees in Kedah rose to 917 people from 293 families as of 8pm compared to 765 people from 253 families this evening.

Evacuees return home as floodwaters recede in Bukit Raja

SHAH ALAM, June 6 — All 70 individuals from 16 families who were evacuated due to floods in Bukit Raja, Klang near here have been allowed to return home after floodwaters receded in the area.
