ISKANDAR PUTERI, Dec 11 — The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) sees the need to create a more sophisticated and competent e-aduan system to facilitate members of the public to channel complaints or suggestions.

KUALA TERENGGANU, May 9 — The Road Transport Department (JPJ) has received a total of 245 complaints through the e-Aduan@JPJ application since the implementation of the Hari Raya Aidilfitri Road Safety Campaign and Integrated Operation on April 29.
