KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 15 — The value of real estate market transactions jumped 22.6 per cent to RM57.15 billion in the third quarter of 2023 (3Q 2023) compared with the same quarter last year due to an increase in the transfer of ownership of “major sales” in the country, according to the Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH).
