KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 4 — The Sessions Court here today ordered a man and his wife to enter their defence on a charge of illegal deposit-taking amounting to RM364,000 from the public.

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 29 — The National Education Savings Scheme (Simpan SSPN) operated by the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) received deposits totalling RM15.94 billion, with a total of 6.11 million accounts, as of Sept 30.

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 22 — A director of a travel agency pleaded guilty in the Sessions Court today to three charges of illegal deposit taking from a pensioner amounting to RM520,000.

KUALA LUMPUR,  Jan 31 — The National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) recorded a total of RM3.01 billion in in deposit collection for the National Education Savings Scheme (SSPN) account for 2021, an increase of RM1.02 billion or 50.95 per cent compared to RM1.99 billion in 2020.
