PUTRAJAYA, March 28 — The Energy Commission (ST) has prepared guidelines for the Community Renewable Energy Aggregation Mechanism (CREAM) initiative, enabling the aggregation of residential rooftop space for renewable energy (RE) generation to benefit local green users.
