KUALA LUMPUR, July 13 — The Higher Education Ministry (MOHE) is actively monitoring any activities related to militant movements based on the extremist ideology of the Islamic State (IS) among students at higher learning institutions.

KUALA LUMPUR, July 11 — The threat of violence in Southeast Asia remains a concern but such threats are moderately low, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
