KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 30 — The Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) is likely to raise RM100 million in additional cess next year with the proposed cess increase of RM5 for every tonne of crude palm oil (CPO) and crude palm kernel oil for a year, effective January 2021.
