Four arrested for stealing telecommunication cables

KUALA LUMPUR, April 14 — Police arrested four men including an Indian national suspected of stealing Telekom Malaysia (TM) cables in a raid in Shah Alam and Subang Jaya yesterday.

Most undersea cable construction are private investment, no govt funds involved

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 20 — Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) has called on the public to be its 'eyes and ears' in channelling information to curb the theft of copper cables belonging to the company, which has become more rampant lately.
