KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 23 — The evidence of irregularities and lack of proper governance in the Littoral Combat Ship(LCS) programme were gathered as early as 2010, according to a forensic audit report by Alliance IFA (M) Sdn Bhd for Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Berhad (BHIC).

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 16 — Former Boustead Naval Shipyard Sdn Bhd (BNS) managing director Tan Sri Ahmad Ramli Mohd Nor was charged in the Sessions Court here today with three counts of criminal breach of trust (CBT) of the company's funds amounting to RM21.08 million for the construction of  Littoral Combat Ships (LCS)  for the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN).
