KUALA LUMPUR, March 30 — Complaints about financial fraud, especially internet, investment and phone scams were among the top five issues raised by the public on Bank Negara Malaysia’s (BNM) BNMTelelink in 2021.

KUALA LUMPUR, July 19 — Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) has urged the public to contact BNMTelelink if they were to encounter any problems with loan repayment assistance applications or difficulties in contacting their respective banks.

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 30 — The banking industry has received about 500,000 applications for repayment assistance and approved 98 per cent of them, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) said.
