KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 31 — The establishment of the National Centre of Excellence for Mental Health is an opportunity for the government to plan and implement various effective strategies to raise mental health awareness in the community, said Mental Health Promotion Advisory Council member Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye.
