KUALA LUMPUR, March 21 — The proposed amendment to the Federal Constitution involving the issue of citizenship takes into account several factors, including not automatically granting citizenship to foreigners residing in the country, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 3 (Bernama) -- The implementation of the 18-year-old voting age and automatic voter registration is expected to commence at the latest by July next year, said Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Parliament and Law) Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan.
