KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 24 — Approximately 59.3 per cent of 122,062 Year One pupils mastered the essential 3M skills of reading, writing, and counting through the Literacy and Numeracy intervention programme throughout last year, said Deputy Education Minister Wong Kah Woh.

KAJANG, Oct 7 — A total of 122,000 Year One pupils across the country have been identified as still lacking the essential 3M skills of reading, writing, and counting for this academic session.

PUTRAJAYA, Dec 6 — Character education; basic literacy in reading, writing, and numeracy (3M); and integrated learning are the new approaches incorporated by the Ministry of Education (MOE) in the 2027 School Curriculum.
