SHAH ALAM, May 28 — A total of 80 outstanding Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2025 students in the Kuala Kubu Bharu state constituency (DUN) received special incentives in recognition of achieving 5As and above.
Kuala Kubu Bharu state assemblyperson Pang Sock Tao said the initiative involved a total allocation of RM16,000 as part of ongoing efforts to appreciate academic excellence among students in the constituency.
According to her, the programme not only aims to recognise students’ achievements, but also symbolises continued support for educational development in Kuala Kubu Bharu.
“This programme is not only a form of appreciation for students, but also a sign of continued support for efforts to strengthen education in Kuala Kubu Bharu.

“This year marks the 14th consecutive year we have continued efforts to appreciate and recognise outstanding students in KKB,” she said in a Facebook post.
Pang said the programme is expected to motivate students to continue striving for success and help nurture knowledgeable, competitive and community-minded future generations.
She also stressed that students’ success cannot be separated from the role of parents and teachers, who consistently provide encouragement, support and guidance throughout their academic journey.
“Congratulations and well done to all recipients. Continue learning, continue exploring and become the best version of yourselves,” she said.
