WASHINGTON, April 27 — OpenAI has revised its partnership with Microsoft, allowing its products and services to be offered across all cloud platforms, said its chief executive officer Sam Altman.

"We have updated our partnership with Microsoft. Microsoft will remain our primary cloud partner, but we are now able to make our products and services available across all clouds," he said on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday, as reported by Sputnik/RIA Novosti.

Altman added that OpenAI will continue supplying Microsoft with models and products through 2032, with a revenue share through 2030.

The company is the developer of the ChatGPT chatbot, which gained popularity after its launch in late November 2022 and reached its first million users in less than a week.

United States billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk was one of OpenAI's co-founders in 2015, but later severed ties with the startup.
