ROWS of shops built on land that is part of the Sungai Buloh Forest Reserve are set to be evicted, as authorities put up “red notices” — final warnings to those trespassing on the 47ha area.

In an integrated operation with state agencies led by the Selangor State Forestry Department (JPNS), enforcement personnel distributed the final notices to dwellers there.

They have been given 30 days to leave the JPNS-owned land, or be evicted come September 2.

Photographer Harun Tajudin logged important moments during the August 1 operation as enforcers put up the red slips on the doomed premises.
