PETALING JAYA, July 18 — The provision of an adjustable hospital bed has brought a ray of hope to a diabetic patient who is currently facing mobility challenges.
Abdul Aziz Sanusi, who is no longer able to work, expressed his gratitude for the assistance provided by the Kinrara State Constituency Community Service Centre, which has eased his daily routine.
“I am truly grateful that my application was approved quickly, and the aid provided has been a great help in my everyday life.
“Previously, I also received a wheelchair from the same party after being discharged from the ital four months ago,” he told Media Selangor.
Abdul Aziz, who supports his family through the sale of nasi lemak prepared by his wife, extended his thanks to Kinrara state assemblyman Ng Sze Han, describing him as being attentive to the welfare of residents, especially those less fortunate.
On his part, Ng said the assistance was provided following an application by Abdul Aziz’s wife Masliha Said, and was promptly approved given the urgent need for the equipment.
He said that every eligible application is processed as quickly as possible, regardless of background, in line with the principle of serving the people.
Ng emphasised his continued commitment to making time to participate in the Kinrara state constituency's Jelajah Kasih Squad programme every weekend to ensure that those in need do not go unnoticed.
“We receive many applications each month involving basic necessities, medical needs, and welfare,” he said during his visit to Abdul Aziz's residence on Saturday (July 12).
