SHAH ALAM, April 11 — Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) has offered a 100 per cent rebate for the March water bill of all the victims of the Putra Heights explosion.
According to the agency, the one-month rebate is to alleviate the burdens already faced by the residents after the April 1 incident.
”As a goodwill gesture to lighten the burdens of our Putra Heights customers after the April 1 incident, Air Selangor will provide them with a one-off rebate for March,” the agency said on Facebook.
Air Selangor is also reconnecting water services for the said victims at no additional charge.
Additionally, the update on Facebook said, “there will be no minimum charges on all the (affected) premises that have no water supply, until a date to be decided later”.
The agency said all enquiries on the matter can be forwarded to customer care officer Yasmin Hood at 019-2883897.
“Air Selangor is closely monitoring all developments in the area and promises to provide our customers in Putra Heights with what they need,” it said further.
