SHAH ALAM, March 26 — A high tide phenomenon is expected to occur in Kuala Langat from Saturday (March 29) to Monday (March 31), with sea levels reaching up to 5.6 metres.

In light of this, the Kuala Langat Municipal Council (MPKL) has advised the public to avoid leisure and recreational activities along the coast and to remain alert to environmental changes.

According to its infographic, sea levels are predicted to reach 5.5 metres on Saturday, starting at 6.26pm, while on Sunday (March 30) and Monday, the levels are expected to rise to 5.6 metres.

The public is urged to stay vigilant and monitor the safety of their family members and property.
