SHAH ALAM, March 26 — Hanya Kita, a telemovie produced by the state government and set to premiere in the third week of Syawal, promises uniqueness, with an emotional storyline.
State executive councillor for housing and culture Dato’ Borhan Aman Shah said the third Raya-time film carries meaningful messages about helping each other.
“This telemovie portrays the need for our community to help each other, and we also communicate information on state government programmes,” he said when met after an early viewing of the film at the Sultan Alam Shah Museum here today.
Borhan added that the movie was not made for mere entertainment, but is an initiative to promote Visit Selangor Year 2025, with filming done in several attractive locations in the state.
“We communicated much information about historic sites and tourist draws in Selangor, so I hope (the movie) also promotes Visit Selangor Year 2025,” he said.
