SHAH ALAM, Feb 15 — The career carnival in Batu Tiga at Dewan Beringin Seksyen 24 here today offered 1,200 jobs in various sectors.
Batu Tiga assemblyman Danial Al-Rashid Haron said the programme, held in collaboration with the Social Security Organisation (Socso), involved 10 employers including international firms.
“This carnival was held due to high demand from Shah Alam residents for more high-paying jobs.
“I hope residents take the opportunity to work here, near home, so they no longer have to go to Kuala Lumpur,” he told Media Selangor.
