KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 14 — Some 5,000 job opportunities in the private sector, as well as open interviews for posts in the public service, are offered in conjunction with the MYFutureJobs (MFJ) Career Carnival at the Kuala Lumpur World Trade Centre from tomorrow to Sunday.
The Social Security Organisation (SOCSO), in a statement today, said that the open interviews to be held at the carnival, jointly organised by the Public Service Commission (PSC), would be for the Grade U9 Instructor post (Dental Technology) at the Health Ministry.
“PSC will also hold an open Fitness and Physical Examination Test (UFPK) to fill vacancies for Security and Civil Defence (K) posts,” it said.
According to Socso, 30 private sector employers and statutory bodies participate in the carnival.
They include Habib Group, IHH Healthcare Malaysia, Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Tan Chong Group, GHL System, Agro Bank, Prasarana Malaysia Berhad, Bank Islam, and Aeon Co. (M) Berhad.
Among the positions to be offered are Business Finance Manager, Finance Group Manager, Sales Director and Technical Consultant, with a salary of between RM13,000 and RM15,999.
Last year, 53,327 individuals found employment through 4,156 career carnivals and interviews conducted by MFJ.
