KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 23 — Her Majesty Raja Zarith Sofiah, the Queen of Malaysia visited the Kuala Lumpur Craft Complex along Jalan Conlay today.
The Queen was warmly welcomed upon arrival by Kraftangan Malaysia director-general Datuk ‘Ainu Sham Ramli, deputy director-general (development) Abdul Halim Mohd Ali and deputy director-general (operations) Saadiah Mat Dahri.
The Kuala Lumpur Craft Complex is a popular destination for domestic and international tourists, showcasing a variety of Malaysian craft products such as textiles, forest-based items, metalwork, woodcraft, and ceramics.
There are two other Craft Complexes, located in Johor Bahru and Langkawi, which are operated by the Malaysian Handicraft Development Corporation under the Tourism, Arts, and Culture Ministry.
