PUTRAJAYA, Aug 7 — The Cabinet today congratulated professional shuttler Lee Zii Jia and national men’s badminton doubles duo Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik for their success at the Paris Olympics.
The congratulatory message was announced by Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil, who is also unity government spokesman, at the weekly Cabinet press conference here today.
“They have gallantly won bronze medals. Thank you also to all athletes who have fought and will be fighting for Malaysia.
“We pray that those who will fight and compete will be able to give their best performance, God willing,” he said.
