Water restored in all seven districts, says Air Selangor

SHAH ALAM, June 7 — Residents in the Klang Valley woke up to running taps today after water was restored completely at 6 am, following a scheduled water cut on June 5.

Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor), in a statement via Facebook, stated that all areas in Petaling, Klang, Shah Alam, Gombak, Kuala Lumpur, Hulu Selangor and the Kuala Selangor region affected by the asset maintenance and replacement works at the Sungai Selangor Phase 1 Water Treatment Plant on June 5 and 6 now have access to clean water.

Air Selangor also stated that it wishes to thank consumers for their patience and cooperation during the period of disruption.
