SHAH ALAM, June 4 — KDEB Waste Management Sdn Bhd (KDEBWM) has provided 'Roll On Roll Off' (RoRo) bins for bulk waste collection in 384 areas under the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA).
It said this initiative, in collaboration with the council, is to facilitate the public's disposal of used items during the Hari Raya Aidiladha celebration, which falls on June 16.
"The provision of these RoRo bins will be done in stages (three phases) around Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 13 for three to five days, starting from May 27 to June 15," KDEBWM said in a Facebook post.
Applications for bulk waste collection assistance, inquiries, and any complaints can be made via the iClean Selangor mobile app.
The app makes it easier for the public to report solid waste collection complaints online, in addition to requesting bulk waste disposal services.
Last year, iClean Selangor won the Best Public Service Application award at the 23rd edition of the PC.Com Awards.
Members of the public can download the app from Google Play and the App Store.
They can also contact customer service at 1-800-88-2824/019-375 9592 or via WhatsApp (019-274 2824) to ensure their complaints are handled more quickly and accurately.
