PUTRAJAYA, June 2 — More than 23,000 book vouchers have been redeemed by students and pupils using the Digital Educational Learning Initiative Malaysia (Delima) app, said the Education Ministry (MOE).
The MOE said students can redeem the vouchers from May 31 until December 31.
The ministry said the book voucher initiative for students in all MOE institutions, as announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, has received encouraging response since it launched on May 31.
The MOE said Delima can benefit all students in line with the government’s aim to produce a knowledgeable and visionary generation.
On May 30, the prime minister announced RM50 and RM100 book vouchers to students in Standard 4 and above, secondary school students, higher education institution students and teacher education institute students.
