SABAK BERNAM, May 13 — The state government has identified 10 sites as land that will be awarded to the developer of the Shah Alam Sports Complex (KSSA), so as to finance its construction costs.
Menteri Besar Dato' Seri Amirudin Shari said the developer is currently examining all the sites, including the land price, in accordance with the overall cost of the complex.
"The replacement process is ongoing in stages. We have already made an offer, and are now in the final process of finalising it.

"All the land (sites) that are being assessed include several areas in Hulu Selangor and Klang," he said, after inaugurating the Pusat Smart Desa for Kampung Air Tawar yesterday.
During the State Legislative Assembly meeting in March, Amirudin said that land in Klang and Hulu Selangor are among the options for the replacement process.
On July 15, he reiterated that no public funds were used for KSSA's redevelopment, due to its implementation as a public-private partnership.
The project will also benefit from the area's existing access and advantages, including its strategic location and proximity to the Light Rail Transit (LRT3) line station.
