SHAH ALAM, Dec 29 — Floods victims throughout the state need not worry when using the solid waste bins during the cleanup process as it is provided for free.
State executive councillor for local government Ng Sze Han said the facilities provided by the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) and the KDEB Waste Management (KDEBWM) could be used without any charge.
“The Roll-on-Roll-Off (RoRo) bins provided by MBSA, KDEBWM and other related agencies are for free to those affected by the flooding,” he said on Facebook.
In an announcement poster shared along with the post, MBSA has also reminded the public to be wary of any unscrupulous individuals or companies trying to take advantage of the matter.
