Those involved were EXCO of Infrastructure and Public Utilities, Modernization of Agriculture and Agro-based Industries, Izham Hashim; EXCO of Entrepreneur Development, Rural Development, Village and Traditional Village, Rodziah Ismail; EXCO of Empowerment and Socio Economic Development and Government Concern, Ganabatirau V and EXCO of Investment, Industry and Trade, Small and Medium Industry, Datuk Teng Chang Khim.

Amirudin said the existence of alignment in the previous 'Inisiatif Peduli Rakyat' programme could help streamline focus in rural areas that are lagging behind.

"When we create the cluster, we certainly need a little bit of connectivity, not only physically but also involving internet connectivity and cyberspace," said Amirudin.

"It all generates local economic growth and activity," he added.
